What’s Changed, What’s the Same, and How Uniform Is It?
Join us for our November meeting. The presentation will highlight key elements of the new Illinois Trust Code, including:
- new duties to account and inform
- changing in rules on representation and non-judicial settlement agreements
- standards for modification and termination of trusts
The presentation will also cover drafting considerations for planners and implementation considerations for trustees and their advisors.
