Illinois Trust Law and Estate Planning

Don’t miss our last meeting of the year and an opportunity to hear the latest developments in Illinois trust law and estate planning. Adam Damerow and Jeffrey Glickman, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, will present information on: 

  • Takeaways from 22+ months in drafting and administering trusts under the Illinois Trust Code;
  • Changes to the Illinois Trust Code effective January 1, 2022; and
  • Wealth transfer planning in the face of proposed legislative change.

We're excited to return to the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College in Palatine. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this meeting will have a classroom layout with safe distancing seating (one person per table). The meeting room assignment will be noted in your reminder email and/or posted in the lobby of the conference center.
